Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens
Dress: H&M. Shoes: New Look. (HAI front door!)
Don't worry. I've not gone all religious on you (as Sarah kindly pointed out!) I just pick out black dresses that oddly resemble religion. Like yesterday's dress was crosses, today's makes me feel like a nun (a sexy one Littlebum said) and you'll see another one this week that makes me look like the Vicar of Dibley. Complete with glasses (don't ask why!)
I wanted this dress for some time. I genuinely say this for everything. But I mean seriously wanted this, and then it disappeared for months out of sight. And last week it was sitting there in my local H&M. In the sale. It was meant to be. Right?
You can't beat a bit of the ole' smock dress to hide those evenings spent eating pies. Or strawberry and chocolate fondue as the case was last night. Heavenly. But yes, I know I'll wear this dress a lot. As per usual.
And also just a big shoutout to the front door (as you do!), there it stands looking pretty. Apologies to those affected by the overgrown weeds. I attempted to cut them with kitchen scissors.. But like everything else, I got bored after 5 minutes.
I swear I'm still a child.
